Job Description

We are looking for a reliable Billing Representative to perform billing and invoice tasks. You will be responsible for keeping track of money owed to us by customers, preparing invoices and updating records.

As a billing clerk, you must be accurate and reliable in handling accounts and documents. Being good at math and a high degree of organizational ability are essential. In addition, a high degree of computer knowledge is required since you will be using technology to expedite your work.
You must be comfortable making calls and helping customers with billing questions and complaints. This position will also work closely with our sales and support team in assisting our customers.

Responsibilities

·       Work with new and existing customers
·       Answer calls coming into our billing line
·       Invoice customers based on their plan and pricing
·       Work with delinquent and disputed charges
·       Understand customer needs and requirements
·       Maintain spreadsheets of specific customers and their plans

Requirements

·       Proven experience in billing or customer service
·       Excellent verbal and written communications skills
·       Excellent math ability
·       Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
·       Strong phone presence and experience making calls
·       Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
