New Canadian Fees Coming 2019
Please read carefully and be aware of new Canadian Carriers to come starting January 1, 2019.
Due to new fees from Canadian phone carriers, we regret to inform you that we have been forced to impose an additional fee for all text messages sent to Canadian numbers. If you only text within the United States, this does not impact you.
We know many of our customers text people in both the US and Canada, so instead of raising our package plans or only allowing you to text within one country or another, you will only receive the fee on the text messages actually sent to Canadian numbers.
These fees will be billed in arrears so you will be billed at the end of your monthly cycle for the messages you sent to Canadian numbers.
For all regular SMS messages to Canadian numbers, there will be a $0.008 fee per message segment. For all MMS messages there will be a $0.01 fee per message segment.
If you would like to have the fees built in to your package plan so you do not have additional charges each month, please contact sales to discuss a custom Canadian plan.
The new carrier fees in Canada necessitate an additional fee that will go into effect as of January 1, 2019. We have made every attempt to avoid the increase,but the Canadian mobile phone companies have made it unfeasible.
